Mungod Tibetan Settlement Organises Health Talk Programme to Mark the 90th Birthday of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama.

Mungod: On 23 April 2026, as part of the commemoration of the Year of Compassion in honour of His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s 90th birth anniversary, the Mundgod Branch of Men-Tsee-Khang provided guidance to the local public on seasonal diet and lifestyle regimen.

Furthermore, the Drepung Branch of Men-Tsee-Khang also provided guidance on seasonal diet and lifestyle practices to the monks of Rato Monastery on 17 May 2026.
